Every Virelle is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
Defects in materials, electronics, or workmanship under normal daily use.
What's Not Covered
Damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear (such as cosmetic scuffs).
How to Claim
Email support@getvirelle.online with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll repair, replace, or refund your unit at our discretion.
